The Healthy Hooper was founded by movement master and muse, Shellie White Light, as an outlet to combine her deep love for The Art of Sacred Hoop Dance, Neuromuscular Massage, Healing Foods, Meditation in Motion, Heavenly Devotion, and a passion to change the world through her own Joy, Laughter, and Positive Words. Healthy Hooper workshops, programs, classes and performances are created to enhance the entire well-being of each individual participating. There is depth, truth, and resonance to the content of each presentation, complete with concepts of Yoga, Qi Gong, and Conscious Breath. The Healthy Hooper also offers therapeutic intuitive massage at various Hoop Dance gatherings across the country. Shellie resides in Maui, Hawaii during the Winters when the whales come to play.
